Resolution 11338 RESOLUTION NO. 11338
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of November, 1964, the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach determined that IRVING M.
ELLIS, JR. was the successful bidder for the "Dockage Conces-
sion of For Hire Charter Fishing Boats at the Chamber of
Commerce Dock Area in the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , and
WHEREAS, some berths in the said Chamber of Commerce
Dock Area are now being rented by the City of Miami Beach to
various tenants,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Attorney of
the City of Miami Beach is hereby authorized and directed to
give each of the tenants notice that his rental agreement
with the City of Miami Beach is terminated, and that his
berth shall be vacated on or before February 1, 1965.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1964.
