RESOLUTION NO. 11341
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , so as
to exclude from the "RC" Single Family Estate District and to
include in the "BAAA" Business Use District, and in appropriate
area District, that certain parcel of land situate in the City
of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 44, Nautilus Sub-
division, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book
8, Page 95, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 20th day of January,
1965, at 11:00 o'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof, pub-
lished in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1964.
