Resolution 11351 RESOLUTION NO. 11351
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the existing Agreement between the City of
Miami Beach and Stuart Blumberg, Assistant Auditorium and Con-
vention Hall Manager, which Agreement expires on February 10,
1965, be and the same is hereby renewed for a period of one
(1) year commencing February 11, 1965 upon the same terms and
conditions as appear in the existing Agreement, except that the
compensation shall be $9, 200. 00 per annum, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute for and
in the name of the City the renewal agreement hereinabove
described and prepared by the City Attorney, and the appropri-
ate financial and disbursing officials of the City of Miami
Beach be and they are hereby directed to disburse the sums to
the said Stuart Blumberg as specified and set forth in the said
renewal agreement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1965.
