Resolution 11363 RESOLUTION NO. 11363
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach heretofore on the first
day of December, 1961 entered into a lease agreement with
First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Chicago for the
premises known as Suite 1012 in the First Federal Building,
7 S . Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois, for a term of three
years commencing February 1, 1962, and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of extending the term of
said lease for a period of one year commencing on the first
day of February, 1965 and terminating on the 31st day of
January, 1966 upon the terms and subject to all the conditions,
covenants and agreement in said lease contained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said extension agreement and that the disbursing
officers of the City be and they are hereby authorized to
disburse monies due as rental under the said extension agree-
ment.
