Resolution 11372 RESOLUTION NO. 11372
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolution No. 11341 did call a public hearing to
consider amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , so as to
exclude from the "RC" Single Family Estate District and to include
in the "BAAA" Business Use District, a certain parcel of land in
Nautilus Subdivision, Plat Book 8 , Page 95, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the published notice of said hearing erroneously
described said parcel as Lot 1, Block 44, whereas the correct
description should have been Lot 44, of Block 1, and
WHEREAS, upon the discovery of such error, the said Public
Notice was accordingly corrected and republished, by the City
Clerk, and setting said public hearing for 11:00 o' clock A.M. on
the 3rd day of February, 1965,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said Resolution No. 11341
be and the same is hereby amended nunc pro tunc so as to set
forth the correct legal description of said parcel of land and to
reset the said hearing for 11:00 o' clock A.M. on the 3rd day of
February, 1965, and that the action of the City Clerk in
correcting and republishing said public notice be and the same is
hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
