Resolution 11374 RESOLUTION NO. 11374
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", so
as to exclude from the "RC" Single Family Estate District
and to include in the "RE" Multiple Family District, and in
an appropriate area District, that certain parcel of land
situate in the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
described as follows :
Lot 44,, in Block 1, of NAUTILUS SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 95, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida; and
That part of Lot 45 in Block 1 of NAUTILUS
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 95, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
described as follows : Beginning at the
Southeast corner of said Lot 45 and run West
9 feet along the South line thereof to the
beginning of a curve concave to the Southwest,
having a radius of 239 feet; run thence
Northwesterly 156043 feet along said curve
to the Northerly line of said Lot 45 at a
point 16 feet Easterly from the Northwest
corner thereof; run thence Easterly 133
feet along the Northerly line of said Lot
45 to the Northeast corner thereof; run
thence Southerly 100 feet along the Easterly
line of said Lot 45 to the Point of Beginning;
Containing 0.122 acre, more or less; ALSO
That part of Lot 43 in Block 1, of NAUTILUS
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 8, page 95, of the Public
records of Dade County, Florida, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot
f 43, run thence Westerly 108 feet along the
Southerly line of said Lot 43 to the beginning
of a curve concave to the Southeasterly, having
a radius of 768 feet; run thence Northeasterly
144 feet along said curve to the Easterly line
of said Lot 43 ; run thence Southerly 85 feet
along said line to the point of beginning ;
containing 0011 acre, more or less;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 3rd day of March, 1965,

at 11:00 occlock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days° notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
