Resolution 11375 RESOLUTION NO. 11375
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", so
as to exclude from Height District No. 5, as the same is set
forth and described in said Zoning Ordinance No. 289, and to
include in such other appropriate Height District as set forth
and defined in said Ordinance, as shall be found and determined
by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach as appropriate,
the following described parcel of land:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Fleetwood Sub-
division, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 34, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of April, 1965,
at 11:00 o°clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
