Resolution 11383 RESOLUTION NO. 11383
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the
Clerk and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election held
on February 9, 1965, for the purpose of electing a Trustee
of the Miami Beach Employees Retirement System from Group 1
of the employees of the City of Miami Beach, in accordance
with the provisions of Resolution No. 11357, passed and adopted
by the City Council on the 6th day of January, 1965, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
said City that it hereby adopts the said Certificate as the
result of said Primary Election, and does hereby declare the
member from Group 1 elected as Trustee to the Miami Beach
Employees Retirement System to be as follows :
GROUP 1 : A. Hoiss (Elected by 52 votes out of
56 cast, being a clear majority
at the Primary Election)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1965 .
