Resolution 11389 RESOLUTION NO. 11389
WHEREAS, under the retrospective penalty indemnity
policies (Primary No. WW 106-60009 and Secondary No. 3201/BMNY/
53215) insuring the City of Miami Beach against specified risks
for the year 1960-1961, the Secondary carrier, Lloyd' s Under-
writers, has paid the City the sum of $12, 779.27, in considera-
tion of which the City is required to assign to Lloyd ' s
Underwriters all its rights under the Primary Policy to any
return of premium, up to the amount of said advance made by
said Lloyd ' s Underwriters, which may become due the City in the
event it becomes entitled to a return of Premium under said
Primary Insurance upon a further computation of the earned
retrospective premium, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate form of assignment has been
duly prepared, the terms of which are familiar to the City
Council
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the said assignment for and on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida.
