Resolution 11399 RESOLUTION NO. 11399
WHEREAS , a number of Federal agencies have initiated and
advanced a number of varied programs for the rehabilitation of
urban areas, and
WHEREAS, in order for the City of Miami Beach to avail
itself of the best features of the various programs with the
highest possible degree of selectivity, it is desirable for the
City of Miami Beach to obtain the assistance of the Dade County
Urban Renewal Director and his personnel ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Dade County Commission
be and it is hereby requested to authorize its Urban Director,
and his personnel, to cooperate and to work in conjunction with
the appropriate officials of the City of Miami Beach to evolve
the best possible plan or combination of plans for the improve-
ment of the City of Miami Beach under any available Federal
programs for urban improvement or such other plans which best
meet the needs and requirements of the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 24th day of March, 1965.
