HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described Improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-483 Court between Jefferson Avenue and Michigan Avenue from 2nd Street
to 3rd Street to be paved and where heretofore paved to be repaved
with a bituminous wearing surface on an 8" rock hase.
As said Court, Avenues and Streets are shown on a Plat recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 87, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Avenues are named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said Improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings , the preparation of bonds , interest during constructions
legal services , abstracts etc. , and any other expenses necessary anc
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such Improvement is hereby designated as District H- 483 and
is described as follows:
All the lots or parcels of land abutting on the Court
between Jefferson Avenue and Michigan Avenue and lying
between 2nd Street and 3rd Street
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H- 483 , and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H- 483
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF April, A.D. 1965..
