Resolution 11457 RESOLUTION NO. 11 +57
WHEREAS the Metropolitan Dade County Planning Department
has been authorized to make available to municipalities, upon
request, certain local planning services on a contractual basis
at actual cost, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach deems
it to be the best interest of the City and its citizens to
avail itself of said local planning services, and
WHEREAS an agreement has been duly prepared setting forth
the specific services to be so rendered and setting forth the
formula to be followed, and the factors to be considered in
computing the cost thereof, with all of which the City Council
has become familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach,
and that the financial officers of the City be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to make disbursements in ac-
cordance with said agreement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1965.
