Resolution 11465 RESOLUTION NO. 11465
WHEREAS the Senior Citizens of the City of Miami Beach
have made vast and manifold contributions to the general
welfare of the community in which they reside, and
WHEREAS their dedicated devotion to the task of
ameliorating and enriching the lives of all those about them,
and
WHEREAS it is therefore fitting and proper that Community
acknowledgment be made and appropriate appreciation be expressed
to said Senior Citizens,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the month of May be
and it is hereby designated as and proclaimed to be Senior
Citizens ` Month, and all good citizens are urged to observe
the same as such.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1965.
