BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the premises known as 110 Alton Road,
Miami Beach, Florida, having a frontage of approximately
fifty (50) feet on Alton Road, be leased to Great Lakes
Dredge & Dock Company, an Illinois corporation, (said corpo-
ration now being engaged in dredging operations is Biscayne
Bay) for a term of approximately one (1) year, said period.
being the anticipatedperiod required for such dredging, at
a monthly rental of Two Hundred and Fifty ($250.00) dollars
per month, and on the terms and conditions set forth in a
lease agreement prepared by the City Attorney, the provisions
of which are familiar to the City Council, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement for and
in the name of the City of Miami Beach.

RESOLUTION NO. 11939
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that in connection with the dredging of
Government Channel that Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company
be and it is hereby authorized to use approximately 5000
square feet of the City 's property located at 110 Alton Road,
in the manner set forth in the letter of said Company dated
August 9, 1963 by W. A. Lydon, Administrative Engineer, on
a month to month basis for a period of approximately one year,
commencing October 1, 1963, upon the following conditions:
1. The Company shall pay a rental of $250.00 each month
during its occupancy, payable in advance.
2. All utilities shall be paid for by the Company.
3 . All additions, such as fencing, docks, and similar
items shall be approved by the City before installation, and
shall be at the Company 's cost and expense.
4. The radio aerial shall be constructed and maintained
in strict accordance with all governmental and City regulations
and requirements.
