Resolution 11493 RESOLUTION NO. 11493
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolutions Nos. 11415, 11416, 11417, 11421,
11424, 11425, 11431, 11445, 11448 and 11450, passed and
adopted on the 7th day of April, 1965, ordered the
construction of Highway Improvements H-485, H-486, H-487,
H-491, H-494, H-495, H-500, H-505, H-506 and H-507,
respectively, and
WHEREAS, this Body has subsequently decided to abandon
these aforementioned contemplated improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolutions
Nos. 11415, 11416, 11417, 11421, 11424, 11425, 11431, 11445,
11448 and 11450, ordering said Highway Improvements H-485,
H-486, H-487, H-491, H-494, H-495, H-500, H-505, H-506 and
H-507, respectively, be and the same are hereby rescinded
and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, A. D. 1965.
