Resolution 11494 RESOLUTION NO. 11494
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolutions Nos. 11446 and 11451, passed and
adopted on the 7th day of April, 1965, ordered the
construction of Sidewalk Improvements SK-270 and SK-271,
respectively, and
WHEREAS, this Body has subsequently decided to abandon
these aforementioned contemplated improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolutions
Nos. 11446 and 11451, ordering said Sidewalk Improvements
SK-270 and SK-271, respectively, be and the same are hereby
rescinded and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, A.D. 1965.
