Resolution 11495 RESOLUTION NO. 11495
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolutions Nos. 11447, 11449 and 11452, passed
and adopted on the 7th day of April, 1965, ordered the
construction of White Way Improvements WW-138, WW-139 and
WW-140, respectively, and
WHEREAS, this Body has subsequently decided to abandon
these aforementioned contemplated improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolutions
Nos. 11447, 11449 and 11452 , ordering said White Way Improve-
ments WW-138, WW-139 and WW-140, respectively, be and the
same are hereby rescinded and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, A.D. 1965 .
