Resolution 11519 RESOLUTION NO. 11519
WHEREAS, after due notice, bids were opened on the 7th
day of May, 1965, for the furnishing of prepared meals for the
prisoners of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, for the one year
period commencing July 1, 1965; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has determined that MRS. BARBE VENTO, doing business as
Royal Luncheonette, was the successful bidder; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
between the City and the said MRS. BARBE VENTO, doing business
as Royal Luncheonette, which contains the terms of the specifica-
tions which were the basis for said bids, the City Council being
familiar with the terms of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1965 .
