Resolution 11521 RESOLUTION NO. 11521
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach intends to acquire a portion
of Lots 332 and. 334 of First Ocean Front Subdivision for the purpose
of widening Collins Avenue; and
WHEREAS, pending such acquisition, it is necessary for the
welfare of the citizens andinhabitants of the City of Miami Beach
that the City obtain perpetual easements over, under and across
the portion of said Lots 332 and 334 which the City intends to
acquire, for the purpose of installing and maintaining sanitary sewers,
provided, however, that if, by December 31, 1966, the City shall
not have acquired title to said portions of Lots 332 and 334, then
and in that event, the City is to surrender all rights of easement
over, across and under said lands and will remove all sewers which
may have been installed therein and will restore the premises to
the condition in which they now exist; and
WHEREAS, the Attorney for the City has prepared agreements
between the "Owners" of said land and the City which embody the
grants of easement heretofore described, and which set forth the
conditions aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreements
in the name of and in behalf of said City.
