Resolution 11522 RESOLUTION NO. 11522
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver, for and
in the name of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that certain
Agreement with the Deauville Hotel for the rental of the
Napoleon Room in the Deauville Hotel for use by the City of
Miami Beach for the "Miss U. S. A. Pageant" and "Golden Jubilee
Ball" on June 5, 1965; the City Council being familiar with the
terms and provisions of said Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper financial and dis-
bursing officers of the City be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to make the payments and disburse the sums therein
provided for.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1965.
