RESOLUTION NO. 11523
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver, for and
in the name of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that certain
Agreement with Charlie Spivak for the purpose of furnishing the
music for the "Miss U. S. A. Pageant" and "Golden Jubilee Ball"
at the Napoleon Room of the Deauville Hotel on June 5, 1965.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper financial and dis-
bursing officers of the City be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to make the payments and disburse the sums therein
provided for.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1965.
