Resolution 11535 RESOLUTION NO. 11535
WHEREAS, Bernard A. Frank has served his community
with honor and distinction for seventeen years . . . . as
Municipal Judge, City Councilman and Vice Mayor; and
WHEREAS, his outstanding career in municipal
government has been characterized by ceaseless dedica-
tion to the welfare and progress of Miami Beach and
its citizens; and
WHEREAS, his dynamic personality and exceptional
skill have earned him the respect and admiration of his
colleagues and the friendship and gratitude of the
community; and
WHEREAS, we are confident Mr. Frank will continue
his valuable contributions to the community in the years
to come . . . . whether as a public official or private
citizen;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the members
of the Miami Beach City Council pay fitting tribute to
their friend and associate, Bernard A. Frank, for his
distinguished record of service to this city and its
people.
AND, FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that this resolution
become part of the permanent records of the City of
Miami Beach and a copy be presented to Bernard A. Frank
as a tangible token of esteem, affection and sincere
appreciation.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1965.
