Resolution 11536 RESOLUTION NO. 11536
WHEREAS, Hyman P. Galbut has for the past two years been
a conscientious and dedicated member of the Miami Beach City
Council; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure he has assumed a vital and
constructive role in the progress and development of Miami Beach . . .
displaying keen insight into community problems and their
solutions; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Galbut has compiled an outstanding record of
accomplishments, both as a city official and a private citizen . . .
encompassing many facets of community activity; and
WHEREAS, he is known and respected throughout Miami Beach
for his integrity, congeniality and outstanding capabilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the members of the
Miami Beach City Council pay fitting tribute to their friend and
colleague Hyman P. Galbut, for his many contributions to this
city and its people.
AND, FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that this resolution become
part of the permanent records of the City of Miami Beach and a
copy be presented to Hyman P. Galbut as a tangible token of
esteem, affection and deep appreciation.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1965.
