Resolution 11537 RESOLUTION NO. 11537
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that it is opposed to the passage of
House Bill No. 1774 relating to the manner of assessing stock
and trade for the purpose ad valorem taxation inasmuch as the
same is inequitable to the merchant as well as to all govern-
mental agencies exercising the powers of such taxation, and
be substantially detrimental to the financial structure of
the City of Miami Beach and all other municipal corporations.
THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED that copies of this
Resolution be transmitted to each member of the Legislature
representing Dade County.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of Ju� 1965.
