Resolution 11551 RESOLUTION NO. 11551 WHEREAS after due notice on the 20th day of May, 1965, bids were opened for the exclusive right to install and operate cer- tain automatic, coin-operated vending machines at certain munici- pal bathing beaches, recreation facilities and public buildings in the City of Miami Beach for a period of two (2) years, and WHEREAS on the 16th day of June, 1965, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach determined that WOMETCO VENDING OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC. was the successful bidder for those certain rights and privileges referred to as "The Automatic, Coin-Operated, Soft Drink; Ice Cream; Cookies, Mints and Peanuts; and Cigarette Dis- pensing Machines Concession", and WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an Agreement between the City and the said WOMETCO VENDING OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC. , which contains the terms of the specifications which were the basis for the said bids, the City Council being familiar with the terms of the said Agreement, and WHEREAS it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City of Miami Beach to execute the said Agreement for a period of two (2) years ending June 30, 1967, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said Agreement in the name of and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
