1 RESOLUTION NO. 11562
WHEREAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through the
State Road Department of Florida, to locate, construct and maintain
or improve a portion of State Road 828 in Dade County, Florida; and -
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project constitute a portion of a street dedicated to public use
within the City of Miami Beach; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida, a request has been
made for a storm sewer easement through and across said lands; and
UPON MOTION OF Councilman D. Lee Powell and.
seconded by Councilman Melvin J. Richard ,
the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does agree
to authorize anddirect its Mayor and City Clerk to execute the
necessary instruments to effect such easement.
