Resolution 11564 RESOLUTION NO. 11564 A:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that Section 2 of Resolution No.11544 , passed
and adopted by the City Council on June 16, 1965 , creating
and establishing a Senior Citizens Advisory Committee, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"2 . The said Senior Citizens Advisory Committee shall be composed
in the following manner:
a. Two members to be appointed by the Council upon
recommendation of the director of Mount Sinai
Hospital and the administrator of St. Francis
Hospital , respectively, these two members to be
professionally qualified' in matters relative to
the field of geriatrics.
b. Two members to be appointed by the Council as
representatives of the senior citizen residents
of the City of Miami Beach and to be appointed
from recommendations to be received by the Council.
c. Five members to be appointed by the Council
representative of the total general community. "
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1965.
