Resolution 11576 RESOLUTION NO. 11576
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida" , so as to exclude from the "RC" Estate District
the following described parcels of land:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 6 of Altos
del Mar #1, Plat Book 31 Page 40
and to exclude from the "RD" Single Family District the fol-
lowing described parcels of land:
Lot 6, Block 10 and Lot 6 Block 11
of Altos del Mar #1, Plat Book 31
Page 40
and to include the above described parcels of land in the
"RE" Multiple Family District and in appropriate Area Districts
as the same are defined in said Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 15th day of September,
1965, at 11:00 A. M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof, pub-
lished in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general cir-
culation in said City.
