Resolution 11577 RESOLUTION NO. 11577
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the
Clerk and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election held
on July 20, 1965 for the purpose of electing a Regular
Employee from Group 2 of the City Employees to serve on the
Personnel Board, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution
No. 11539 , as passed and adopted by the City Council on the
16th day of June, 1965 , and
WHEREAS , the said City Council has canvassed said
returns and certificate ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it hereby adopts the said
Certificate as the result of said Primary Election, and does
hereby declare the Regular Employee from Group 2 elected to
the Personnel Board to represent City Employees in Group 2 ,
to be as follows:
GROUP 2 Muriel Benson (Elected by hh votes out
of 129 cast, being a
clear majority at the Primary
Election)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 196
