Resolution 11579 RESOLUTION NO. 11579 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 11391, adopted by this City Council on March 17, 1965, the City of Miami Beach did call for redemption on July 1, 1965, $314, 000 Parking Revenue Bonds, Series 1958, of said city; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk was, by said resolution, directed to cause notice of such redemption to be mailed and published; and WHEREAS, such notice has been mailed and published satis- factorily and sufficient funds to pay the redemption price have been deposited with the paying agent for said bonds; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows: SECTION 1. That the giving of the aforementioned notice of redemption of $314, 000 Parking Revenue Bonds, Series 1958, of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, by registered mail to Goldman, Sachs & Co. and White, Weld & Co. of New York, New York, and to Chemical Bank New York Trust Company in the City of New York, New York, as successor to Chemical Corn Exchange Bank, and by publication of said notice in The Bond Buyer, a financial journal published in the City of New York, New York, on May 14, 1965, there having been no registered holders of said bonds during the period. from March 17 to July 1, 1965, inclusive, is hereby ratified and confirmed and declared to be sufficient under the provisions of the resolution authorizing said bonds, the contract with the holders of said bonds, and said Resolution No. 11391. PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of JulAwk A.
