Resolution 11584 RESOLUTION NO. 11584
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the recommendation of the
City Attorney and the City Insurance Manager that the
claim of Clyde James Snider for additional Workmen' s
Compensation benefits for a lump sum settlement of
$405 .00 plus $45.00 medical fees, plus $150 .00
attorney ' s fee, be approved and that the proper
financial officers of the City be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to make the disbursements
herein provided for.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of August,
1965 .
