Resolution 11594 RESOLUTION NO. 11594
WHEREAS Eli Paris was heretofore awarded the contract for
the 46th Street Beach Concession, and
WHEREAS the said Eli Paris has requested the approval and
consent of the City Council of the City of Miami Beach to
transfer and assign said contract to a Florida corporation known
and designated as "Giants, Inc. " , and
WHEREAS the City Council deems and finds it to be to the
best interests of the City of Miami Beach that said request be
approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the said transfer and
assignment be and the same is hereby approved, ratified and
confirmed with the express understanding that the said assignor
of said contract, Eli Paris, continue to be subject to the
duties and obligations of said contract, notwithstanding said
assignment.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1965.
