RESOLUTION NO. 11615
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that that portion of Resolution No. 9587
reading as follows:
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, that James H. Ruby, Attorney at
Law, of said City, be and he is hereby
employed as special counsel for the Per-
sonnel Board of said City, with the
duties hereinbefore set forth, at a
compensation hereby fixed at $150.00
per month, payable in semi-monthly pay-
ments, said employment to commence
immediately and to be subject to termi-
nation at the will of either party. "
be and the same is amended to read as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, that James H. Ruby, Attorney at
Law, of said City, be and he is hereby
employed as special counsel for the Per-
sonnel Board of said City, with the
duties hereinbefore set forth, at a
compensation hereby fixed at $200.00
per month, payable in bi-weekly payments,
said employment to commence immediately
and to be subject to termination at the
will of either party.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this
amendment shall be effective as of
October 1, 1965.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of September 1965.
