PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IiqPROVEi+TENT

:?HEREAS, Highway Improvement H-480
District H-4g0 , has been completed and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by the City iiianager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
1 of the City of i,iiami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 :55 o ' clock Aasv:.. on October 7,
1965
at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of Septeiber,
A.D. 1965 .
