BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :55 o ' clock A.i'id , on
October 7 , 1965 , it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above
designated improvement as to the acceptance thereof,
and no objections having been presented, said improve-

ment , as completed, be and the same is hereby
accepted.
