Resolution 11633 RESOLUTION NO. 11633
WHEREAS, after due notice, bids were opened on the 11th
day of October, 1965 for the furnishing of prepared meals for
the prisoners of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, for the one
(1) year period commencing November 1, 1965; and
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of October, 1965 the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida determined that ALMA TAYLOR,
doing business as Royal Luncheonette, was the successful
bidder; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement be-
tween the City and the said ALMA TAYLOR, doing business as
Royal Luncheonette, which contains the terms of the specifica-
tions which were the basis for said bids, the City Council
being familiar with the terms of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1965.
