Resolution 11652 RESOLUTION NO. 11652
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Section 4-C, Section 4-D and
Section 5 of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", so as to include as an addi-
tional permissible use in hotels consisting of 100 or more
guest rooms a service facility or accessory use to be known as
"transportation services"; which term shall embrace the sale
and delivery of tickets and reservations for tours, transporta-
tion and general travelaccomlmdations and facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 15th day of December,
1965, at 11:00 o'clock A. M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof, pub-
lished in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
