Resolution 11660 RESOLUTION NO. 11660
WHEREAS the existing agreement between the City of Miami
Beach, Florida and Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company
for the installation and maintenance of a private branch tele-
phone switchboard exchange to service the Auditorium, Convention
Hall and Municipal Office Building is about to expire, and
WHEREAS it is therefore necessary that said agreement be
renewed, and
WHEREAS an appropriate agreement has been prepared and the
City Council is fully advised of the terms thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the said agreement be
executed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, for and in the name of
the City of Miami Beach and that the proper financial officers of
said City be and they are hereby duly authorized to make the
disbursements required to be made thereunder.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 1965.
