Resolution 11662 RESOLUTION NO. 11662
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that the Dade County Board of Public Instruction
be and it is hereby requested to convey to the City of Miami
Beach sufficient land on the South side of the property owned
by the Dade County Board of Public Instruction abutting 75th
' Street in the City of Miami Beach, to enable the City to
utilize the same for pedestrian travel and also, if future need
so requires, for vehicular traffic for egress from the Park
View Island to 75th Street, or in the alternative to grant an
easement over said property for the said purposes.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 1965.
