Resolution 11670 • RESOLUTION NO. 11670
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Miami
Beach Employees ' Retirement System is entering into
an agreement with Fidelity and Guaranty Life Insurance
Company, Baltimore, Maryland, to provide group
hospitalization including major medical benefits and
life insurance for officers and employees of the
City of Miami Beach, and the City Council having
been made familiar with the terms, conditions and
actuarial rates thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that
said agreement for said insurance be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of December,
1965.
