Resolution 11682 RESOLUTION NO. 11682
WHEREAS St. Francis Hospital has delivered to the City of
Miami Beach its Warranty Deed conveying, gratuitously and with-
out compensation, the following described parcel of land.
Lot 1, Block 2 of BEACH VIEW ADDITION,
according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 16, at Page 10, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
and
WHEREAS a condition of said conveyance is that the City of
Miami Beach shall, by cancellation or payment, satisfy any and
all outstanding City and County taxes against the said Hospital
on said parcel of land, and
WHEREAS outstanding City of Miami Beach real estate taxes
for the year 1965 amount to $225.45, exclusive of interest, and
WHEREAS there are no County taxes assessed or levied on
said parcel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the appropriate financial
and disbursing officers of the City be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to pay said City of Miami Beach taxes
so that the said condition of said conveyance be fulfilled.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1965.
