BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA tha all owners and operators of
ocean going passenger vessels of foreign registry which
are using ports of entry in the United States, particu—
larly in South Florida, as major ports of embarkation be
and they are hereby urgently requested to take all
necessary steps to have their vessels comply with all
safety standards imposed upon vessels of United States
Registry.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 1966.
