Resolution 12263 RESOLUTION NO. 12263
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the
Clerk and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election held
on October 24, 1967, for the purpose of electing a Regular
Employee from Group 2 of the City Employees to serve on the
Personnel Board, pursuant to the provisions of the Civil
Service Act, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it hereby adopts the
said Certificate as the result of said Primary Election, and
does hereby declare the Regular Employee from Group 2 elected
to the Personnel Board to represent City Employees in Group 2
to be as follows:
GROUP 2:
Mrs. Florence Huss (Elected by 85 votes out
of 108 votes cast, being
a clear majority at the
(Term expires July 31, 1968) Primary Election)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1967.
