Resolution 12264 RESOLUTION NO. 12264
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 11575, as amended, the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach created q advisory board
known as the "Miami Beach Development Commission" , said com-
mission to remain in existence until the 1st day of June,
1966; and
WHEREAS , the existence of such Commission has been
extended from time to time, the last extension of the period
of its existence expiring on November 15, 1967; and
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be in the best interest of the City of Miami
Beach, its citizens, residents and taxpayers, that the term
of existence of said Commission be extended for a further
period, through December 31, 1967;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the term of existence
of the Miami Beach Development Commission be and the same is
hereby extended for a period through December 31, 1967.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 1967.
