Resolution 11710 RESOLUTION NO. 11710
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That all withdrawals of funds from that certain
City of Miami Beach bank account designated "City
of Miami Beach Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Trust Account"
shall be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks, designated
"City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Trust
Account" , each bearing two signatures, as follows :
By Irving Ducoff, Auditorium Manager,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
by Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Aide II
Countersigned by
Harry D. Smith, Box Office Treasurer,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
by Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Aide II
SECTION 2: That a certified copy of this resolution be furn-
ished the bank depositary wherein said account may
from time to time be located.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 1966.
