Resolution 11713 RESOLUTION NO. 11713
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to prepare a proper resolution whereby
the City of Miami Beach abandons , surrenders and relinquishes
that certain easement for storm sewer purposes on Lots 10 and 9,
Block 1 , Amended Plat of Fleetwood Subdivision, in return for
which Fleetwood Hotel, Inc. , will grant to the said City a new
easement on the said Lot 9, Block 1 , Amended Plat of Fleetwood
Subdivision, and in addition will pay to the City the agreed
costs of relocating the existing storm sewers.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1966.
