RESOLUTION NO. 12268
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That on and after November 1, 1967, all withdrawals of
funds from that certain account in the Mercantile National
Bank of Miami Beach designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and
Convention Hall Labor Payroll Account" shall be upon regular City of
Miami Beach Checks, designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and
Convention Hall Labor Payroll Account", each bearing the signatures
of any two of the following:
Irving Ducoff, Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager
Norman Litz, Assistant Manager, Auditorium and Convention Hall
E. B. Baltuch, Administrative Assistant
R. S. Dawson, Building Superintendent
Eunice B. Deckelman, Account Clerk
SECTION 2: That a certified copy of this resolution be furnished
the Mercantile National Bank of Miami Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1967.
