RESOLUTION NO. 12269

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That on and after November 1, 1967, all withdrawals of
funds from that certain City of Miami Beach bank account
in the Carner Bank of Miami Beach designated "City of Miami Beach
Auditorium and Convention Hall Account" shall be upon regular City
of Miami Beach checks, designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium
and Convention Hall Account" , each bearing two signatures, as follows:
By Irving Ducoff, Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Norman Litz, Assistant Manager, Auditorium and Convention Hall,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Assistant II
Countersigned by either one of the following two individuals:
By F. L. Bleasdale, Administrative Assistant 1
By B. Dew, Administrative Assistaht I
or in the absence or inability of either one of them to act for any
reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Assistant II
SECTION 2: That a certified copy of this resolution be furnished to
the Carner Bank of Miami Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1967.
