WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Resolutions Nos . 11410,
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida on
the 7th day of April, 1965; Resolution No. 12086, adopted by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida on the 5th day of
April, 1967, and amending Resolution No. 12161, adopted by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on the 19th day of
July, 1967, the City Manager of said City prepared and on the 1st
day of November,1967, submitted to the City Council a "proposed
budgetfor the Metered Parking System covering the anticipated
revenues and balances in various funds and accounts, including
surpluses and anticipated expenditures of such revenues, funds,
accounts and surpluses for all purposes, including operation,
maintenance, repairs, renewals and replacements and the hiring
of employees and services for the operating year beginning
January 1, 1968, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and does approve
said proposed budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said budget in the amount
of $297,249.00 be and the same is hereby adopted.
