A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
10841 CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A
CONVENTION BUREAU ADVISORY BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that that portion of Resolution No. 10841
reading as follows:
"1. Said Board shall consist of fourteen
(14) members; and each Councilman shall be
entitled to appoint two members thereto.
2. Each member shall be a duly qualified
and registered voter of the City of Miami
Beach, and shall possess a record of interest
in the welfare and betterment of the City; of
proven ability and integrity in his field of
endeavor, and of demonstrated unselfish
devotion to civic duty. "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
{ "1. Said Board shall consist of twenty-
one (21) members and each Councilman shall be
entitled to appoint three members thereto.
2. Each member shall possess a record
of interest in the welfare and betterment of
the City; of proven ability and integrity in
his field of endeavor, and of demonstrated
unselfish devotion to civic duty. "
